| The following information relates to buying tickets for shows using the Playhouse Box Office at Norwich Theatre Royal. |
In Person |
You can book in person by going to the Box Office based at the Theatre Royal, Theatre Street. It is open between 9.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Saturday. |
By Telephone |
| Call 01603 598598 9.30am - 6pm Monday to Saturday to reserve your tickets or use your credit/debit card for an instantly confirmed booking. Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro accepted (please note we do not accept Solo or Electron) |

Playhouse tickets are now available online from the Theatre Royal Box Office.
Click here to see all the shows available or go to the Whats On page and choose the "Buy Tickets Online" link next to each show. (Booking Fee applies - 75p per transaction) Tickets for some shows are also available through the UEA Box Office Click Here PLEASE NOTE UEA only have a small allocation of tickets per show.

Posting Tickets |
| A 75p fee will be charged for this service. (Theatre Royal only) |
Buying Tickets on the day |
| Any remaining tickets will be sold on the door at Norwich Playhouse from one hour prior to the show, cash or cheque only. |
Refunds |
| Tickets are non-refundable; however they can be offered for resale if the show sells out. This service is subject to a handling charge of £1.75. |
Gift Tokens |
| Playhouse Gift Tokens made an ideal gift - buy them at the box office or over the telephone with a credit card on 01603 598598. |
Age Suitability |
Shows displaying the  logo are unsuitable for children under 16 years. Other shows may indicate a suggested lower or higher age suitability. |
| We regret that no unaccompanied children under 14 and no children under 3 are admitted into the auditorium unless otherwise stated for certain shows. |
